      Going out stuffed isn’t going to bode well for you either. No, you would have to eat just right for you to stay on top of your breath game. Eating too much would cause your digestive system to secrete more acid which would give you the bad breath. Also, it may cause you to vomit which doesn’t really do well for your breath.
